TERMS OF USE — mob Version 1 — 14 September 2026 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the “mob” mobile application and related services (the “Service”), published by sabifumu (the “Publisher”). Website: https://mob.sabifumu.com Contact: admin@sabifumu.com By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. 1. Purpose of the Service mob is a personal expense-tracking application and, where applicable, income tracking (goals, period budgets, categories, reminders, app lock, optional cloud sync, shared budgets). The Service is provided for personal organization. It is not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. 2. Access and account Use of the Service requires an account (email, password, optional public handle). You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Access may require email verification. 3. Data and synchronization Data you enter (expenses, income, budgets, notes, preferences, etc.) belongs to you. Depending on your settings: - it may be stored locally on your device; and/or - synchronized to the Publisher’s servers when cloud sync is enabled. Cloud sync is optional. If disabled, some features (multi-device restore, shared budgets, etc.) may be limited or unavailable. You remain responsible for backing up your data when you do not use sync. 4. Shared budgets If you use shared budgets, you accept that authorized members may view and, according to their rights, edit the relevant budget information. You agree to invite only trusted people and to respect other members’ rights. The Publisher is not responsible for disputes between co-members of a shared budget. 5. Notifications and lock Reminders (expenses / income) rely on your device notifications. You can enable, configure, or disable them in the app and/or system settings. App lock (biometrics / device PIN) strengthens local privacy; it does not replace careful account and device management. 6. Prohibited conduct You must not, among other things: - attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems of the Service; - disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service; - use the Service for illegal, fraudulent purposes, or in ways that infringe third-party rights; - impersonate others or distribute unlawful content via collaborative features. 7. Availability and changes The Publisher aims to provide a reliable Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. Maintenance, updates, or interruptions may occur. The Publisher may evolve features, subject to these Terms and, where appropriate, a new acceptance if changes are material. 8. Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law: - the Service is provided “as is”; - the Publisher is not liable for decisions made based on information entered or shown in the app (budgets, balances, goals, charts, etc.); - the Publisher is not liable for data loss resulting from a faulty device, uninstall, disabled sync, or user misconfiguration. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited. 9. Intellectual property The mob application, brand, interface, logos, and software remain the property of the Publisher or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Your content (labels, notes, amounts) remains yours; you grant the Publisher a limited license needed to host, sync, and operate the Service. 10. Term, termination, and deletion These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using the app at any time. The Publisher may suspend or delete an account for serious breach of the Terms, fraud, security risk, or legitimate request. For account or data requests, contact: admin@sabifumu.com. 11. Data protection Processing of your personal data (account, devices, sync, technical logs) is necessary to operate the Service. Main purposes: authentication, security, optional sync, shared budgets, support, and Service improvement. Under applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, or objection. To exercise them: admin@sabifumu.com. A more detailed privacy policy may supplement these Terms. 12. Changes to the Terms The Publisher may update the Terms. When a new version requires acceptance in the app, you must accept it to continue using the Service. The date and version number appear at the top of the document. 13. Governing law and contact Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law of the Publisher’s place of establishment.
