PRIVACY POLICY — mob Version 1 — 14 September 2026 This policy explains how sabifumu (the “Publisher”) processes personal data in the “mob” application and related services (the “Service”). Website: https://mob.sabifumu.com Contact: admin@sabifumu.com 1. Controller The data controller is sabifumu, reachable at admin@sabifumu.com. 2. Data we collect Depending on how you use the Service, we may process: - account data: email, password (hashed), name, public handle (@handle); - technical data: linked devices, app version, security/technical logs; - content data: expenses, income, budgets, notes, preferences, goals you enter; - cloud sync data: a copy of your app data when sync is enabled; - shared-budget data: shared budget information and activity of authorized members. We do not collect bank credentials or payment methods in the app. 3. Purposes Data is processed to: - create and manage your account, authenticate and secure access; - provide Service features (budgets, reminders, local lock, optional sync, shared budgets); - send transactional emails (verification, password reset); - improve reliability and security; - respond to support requests. 4. Legal bases Depending on the case: contract performance, legitimate interest (security, improvement), and/or consent where required. 5. Local storage and sync By default, content data may remain on your device. If you enable cloud sync, a copy is hosted on the Publisher’s servers for multi-device restore and related features. You may disable sync; some features may then be limited. 6. Shared budgets If you join or create a shared budget, authorized members may view and, according to their rights, edit that budget’s information. Invite only trusted people. 7. Recipients Data is accessible to authorized Publisher staff and, where needed, technical providers (hosting, email) solely to operate the Service. Data is not sold. 8. Retention Account and sync data are kept while the account is active, then for a limited period required by law or security. You may request account/data deletion via admin@sabifumu.com. 9. Security We apply reasonable measures (hashed passwords, access control, HTTPS in production). No system is perfectly secure; also protect your device and credentials. 10. Transfers Depending on hosting, processing may occur outside your country of residence. Where required, we seek appropriate safeguards. 11. Your rights Under applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. Contact: admin@sabifumu.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. 12. Children The Service is not directed at children. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us. 13. Changes We may update this policy. When a version requires in-app acceptance, you must accept it to continue. Version and date appear at the top of the document. 14.
